Yakiniku Shop in Seoul:ソウルの焼肉ショップ

Every time I make a trip to Seoul, my days are jam packed with endless meetings that have me finishing my day around 23:00...  Most restaurants have closed by this time except for one of my favorite Korean BBQ shops.  This place is a typical local joint with 2 styles of seating - either tatami style or western style - and stays open until around 2:00 a.m.  The meat is delicious, the service attentive and the vegetables for wrapping are fresh.  My favorite dish there is the beef rib soup (a clear but very fragrant broth), accompanied by a bowl of steaming white rice.  One thing is for sure, you can't spend time in Korea without making at least one trip to a typical BBQ restaurant...  It would almost be like going to Rome without visiting the Vatican.  Its simply a must (unless you're vegetarian of course... But even then, you may want to consider being a carnivore just for a day...)!
