Experiencing Sicily in Shanghai!
After two successful dinners in Japan (XeX-Atago, Tokyo & XeX Osaka) in collaboration with Chateau Margaux, yesterday night we hosted an evening with Sicilian wine maker (Settesoli) offering traditional regional dishes from the Italian island at the Pizza Salvatore & Grill in Y's Table, Shanghai. Together with Giorgio, (another) Salvatore and Andrea (all Sicilian natives) we created a traditional menu paired with 5 different wines.
My next wine dinner will be held at The Kitchen in Seoul on May 28. Being Italian, I can never have enough wine, so I raise my glass to you all and look forward to receiving your comments on the photos attached from the previous 3 dinners!
